Stopped holding a charge.

UPDATE 3/3/2019 My keyboard won't hold a charge. When I plug it in to charge, the red charging light doesn't light up, and even after leaving it plugged in overnight, after about 2 hours of use, the blue light flashes due to a low battery. I'm very frustrated as I really like this keyboard. It would be great if I could get a replacement. I am pleasantly surprised by this case and keyboard. The case felt a bit awkward and strange at first, but I quickly got used to it. I bought a keyboard for church service and I wanted it to be quiet, and it definitely is. This keyboard is a pleasure to use and I like it better than my desktop keyboard. It even comes with a silicone keyboard cover to keep it clean. The navy blue case I have has a semi-hard cover so I have a feeling it will look good for a while. It came already charged and ready to use, and I haven't had to charge it myself yet, even after forgetting to turn it off (it doesn't use a smart plug, unfortunately). The only issues I had with it was that it takes a second to recognize the input when it's plugged in and you haven't typed for about 5-10 minutes. I also had problems with the caps lock on my iPad (caps lock only works when I'm on the emoji keyboard, but I might have problems because I use multiple keyboards). All in all, this is a fantastic option if you're looking for an inexpensive but reliable and easy-to-use solution if you don't have a physical keyboard for your iPad.
