Good price lasts about 15-20 years
If I had new cabinets I would spend more and use better quality hinges. But when we bought the house, the cabinets already had these hinges. It was an exact replacement for our old hinges that were over 20 years old. 20 year lifespan is really good for the price. After 20 years 4 of 62 hinges were broken but still functional. Also, many/most have lost the ability to "spring" the doors but are still functionally fine. If the previous story holds up, we'll be happy with these hinges for the next 20 years and will be happy to replace them with clean new ones for less than $30.
