I thought I could wear it to bed but I was wrong π. However, I found that the installation took 6 minutes. So I apply it to damp hair in the morning and when I'm in a hurry I use a blow dryer and when I'm not going out it air dries in 20 minutes. So they are perfect for short hair without a perm or perfect for me when the perm is about to fall out
