💛 Diane D3717 Self Grip Rollers, Yellow - Achieve Effortless Hair Curling and Styling Review

I bought these thinking they would be great for creating very tight curls and they probably will, but I will never experienced because the two hair rollers I use curled my hair, it was impossible to unroll it from my hair because the hair would get caught in the roller and it is almost impossible to remove. I don't know how to get around this, maybe only very short fine hair wouldn't have this problem. I was so hoping this would work, but instead I'm completely disappointed and frustrated.

Thought there wasn't much of a difference between these and the ones I bought at the dollar store a few years ago. Wow, there is definitely a difference haha. gentler on my hair, leave it less frizzy when you take it out, curl your hair lol I feel cheated by all the curlers I've tried before.

I thought I could wear it to bed but I was wrong 😞. However, I found that the installation took 6 minutes. So I apply it to damp hair in the morning and when I'm in a hurry I use a blow dryer and when I'm not going out it air dries in 20 minutes. So they are perfect for short hair without a perm or perfect for me when the perm is about to fall out

Unfortunately my once thick hair thins with age. I have to use smaller curlers to get the volume I want. I have had these 1/2 yellow rollers for 8 years and was pleasantly surprised to find they are still available from Revain. They grip the hair to keep it from slipping off the rollers like smooth plastic rollers do.

I love these curlers! I rarely use heat to style my hair; I just curl my hair with these curlers and I get the volume, waves and curls I need. For waves, I gather a thicker section of hair and twist it; For curls I just use less hair. I often sleep with these curlers in my hair - it takes practice, but it's doable. :) If you have thin hair like me, you can use a clip at the base of the curler (near the scalp) to hold the curler firmly in place.
