The shock absorbers were easy to install, but the end of one of the shock absorbers was wrong so it didn't fit the car properly. Contacted their support team and they were able to get a new set of shock absorbers very quickly. If both are installed, the barrel at the lower end of the rack is noticeably heavier. They also require more time and strength to lift than storage racks. However, they are very strong and can support the weight of the barrel at lower angles. Overall I have full confidence that they will stand up to the cold and wind due to their durability, so value for money is excellent.
