Tried it for the first time today. I bought gallon sized sealing bags and was about to seal chicken quarters. The heating element did not get hot. Sometimes he would pump out air and sometimes not. I contacted the manufacturer and they requested a video and my Revain # order which I gave them. Let's see how fast they get me a new one. Hope the next one works better, otherwise I'll send it back. I also suggest that they post a how-to video on their page. I don't think the instructions were very clear. Overall I'm disappointed so far, mostly as it's gotten some good reviews.
