Very good, better for my use than the flat stand I used.
It is approximately 8 inches in diameter, 7/8 inches high, very flexible and easy to clean. up to 4 when squeezed. The skillet/rack I used has a rack that's only 1/2" high, so I figure air couldn't pass under it very well, the patties would come out too soft.
