Make sure that your place has room for a cut if needed.Requires pewter but no finish.Smooth,washes easily even with a pattern.Looks thick enough to handle.I was wondering how the heat was behind would hold up to the slab but it currently has a painted concrete wall No back skirt and the paint hasn't happened (no chipping, chipping, discolouring) I thought it might not be that hot behind the stove Ask them to install it and to try.The design looks exactly how I imagined.
