This phone is good, at least the features I used, big buttons, talking caller id worked and showed up on phones too. The issue for me and what has kept me from programming all of this is the speakerphone. The phone base was good and noisy but there weren't enough phones. At first I just thought I would have to wait for the batteries to be fully charged, no, it didn't help. I turned the volume all the way up, but that didn't help. Also, when I turned up the volume and used the speakerphone, I heard a chirping sound similar to the sound of bullets in a stone jar when I spoke. Not that the features I used worked great and I bought it. I took photos of the handset, 2 from this phone and 1 from my reactivated old Panasonic KX-TG5672, great handsfree on this one. The middle one has a quarter on the screen and a nickel on the button for size comparison.
