The instructions provided are easy to read and understand. Everything we needed to install in our house was included as our pipes were up to par and we had a wrench handy. Installation was pretty easy, we pulled out our pipes to install the faucet that comes with the kit. The included little faucet is great because we put it next to our regular faucet and only used it for drinking water. This extends the life of our filters much, much longer, our original faucet still lets unfiltered water through and is used for washing hands and dishes. After the filter is installed, the water will appear cloudy gray for only a minute while it first passes through the filter. It quickly became clear, but to be on the safe side we let him work a little. Our water is well water that has had bad tests before, it's hard and not very tasty. This filter makes water taste like bottled water and I feel a lot safer drinking it. I love that it takes care of all those horrible things like bacteria, cysts and lead! This setting is handy because when filters need to be changed, the system stops working and notifies you. Before installing this system, I didn't let my kids drink water from our well, I had to keep running to the store to get water. I feel much safer with this system and love the convenience of fresh drinking water when I need it. My family and I have been drinking this water for the past 2 weeks and feel absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their water. UPDATE: My family of 5 have been using this filter system for 8 months and it's still going great. We only change filters because some time has passed, but our water still tastes great!
