A dream come true for OCD cleanliness freaks. High traffic areas of my carpet drive me nuts, some parts even feel like they're going to stay flat and hard forever. Not wanting to splurge on $40 carpet rakes, I bought these instead. Turns out I'm out of luck, it's so versatile, helps pick up dust/dirt from carpet that a vacuum wouldn't otherwise pick up, can be used to remove stains from carpets (but only after trying , to get wet, first remove the stain, do not rub right away ;) ) and yes, it can be used, especially when combined with carpet foam to restore some fluffiness, because if you take a carpet, you just have to understand that this is not exactly the case. his intent and you must be as neurotic/devoted as I am :)
