Review on LOCK & LOCK - HPL806S6 Clear Easy Essentials Food Storage 🔒 Container Set, 6 Piece - Food Storage Bin Set for Optimal Organization by Amy Meyer

So I've been using these Lock&Lock containers for years and have decided to buy my own set since I moved. I didn't look at the reviews as I knew and was familiar with the quality but I definitely should have as I could clearly see the measurements were inaccurate. The product description and the picture show the dimensions at the base. The size of the container was supposed to be 4 x 6.1 x 2.7 inches (W x D x H) but when I opened the box I immediately noticed that they are smaller than the ones I have used before. Once measured, they are barely 3.5 x 5 inches. x 2.5 inches (see photos 1 and 2). If you measure from the lid, you COULD get 4 inches wide and 2.7 inches high, but the length is still well under 6 inches (see photos 3 and 4). Where dimensions including the lid are given in the description, they must describe them as such and not be measured from the base as shown in the product image. Quality and price are great as expected. In fact, unlike some other customers, I received all 6 in a package, so no complaints. but i had to send them back as they were too small.
