Review on NEBO Transcend 1000-Lumen LED Headlamp Flashlight: 5 Modes, Rechargeable Head Lamp with Turbo Function & Adjustable Reflective Head Strap - Model 7001 by Andres Imaging

I've been an avid headtorch user for three decades and Transcend is the coolest thing I've ever seen. All working parts are in a small cylinder made of METAL and not fragile plastic. Since there is nothing on the back of the headband, you can conveniently use it in bed when your SO is whining with the bedside lamp on. You can also use it on your back under the car without worrying about the battery case breaking (if that happens). Battery life is much longer than three AAA batteries and there is no need to change batteries. I like the switching logic and the soft start for different modes. When I'm not using it, I store it in my tool cabinet with a magnet, which is very convenient. I would love it even more if it had two things I love about my old Coast/LED Lenser fixtures: 1) stepless dimming; 2) Focused continuously from flood to beam but otherwise leaves them in the dust.
