I ordered this candy floss to go with the candy floss machine I bought. I am a big sugar lover and have been wanting a cotton candy machine for at least 2 years. My kids love cotton candy too so I thought I'd treat us all and order. I don't have much experience in making cotton candy, I have a lot of experience in eating but not in cooking so I started as a beginner. I found this sugar easy to work with. The taste is exactly what you would expect from strawberries and blue raspberries. One thing to remember is that a little goes a long way, pour slowly. I am satisfied with the fluffiness, taste and ease of use. Containers are easy to open and pour out. The shape is comfortable for my hand. We will be back ordering every time we go through these large containers. As long as we're happy!
