Review on 🔪 Farberware Plastic Cutting Board Set - 3 Pcs with Paddle in Classic White by Liam Roth

I've had them for about a year now and they really hold up. I read other reviews and agree that they are tough but not tough enough to damage my knives. I have a number of classic Wustoff series and have had no problems and I have a lot of "knife marks" from cutting. Sometimes it's hard to remove cut marks as the boards are textured so I pop them in the dishwasher every once in a while and it takes care of any stains. If they were more expensive I would only give 4 stars but they are really cheap and last well. The larger is great for chicken and fish (as you can sanitize it in the dishwasher), but the larger, more useful board doesn't have a groove to collect excess juice. The middle one has a groove, but it's too small to cut juicy meat, so I stick with the big one and use the middle one for tomatoes or fruit. The medium size is really good for serving cheese and as it's a good quality plastic you can throw it in the dishwasher and not worry about lingering smells seeping onto the wooden board. The small one is great when other cutting boards are busy, but even then it's only good for small tasks like slicing an apple.
