End Cap Cutter

I have only carved end caps from red oak so far and it is a difficult process. Bits that come into contact with wood break out are problematic. This helps get the bit running as fast as possible and feeding it SLOWLY. My success rate at clearing good jams is only 50-60%. So far I have not cut any other types of wood. I use shaker style end caps on the back of the doors and this gives me some latitude in terms of looks.
