I needed a portable, lightweight hand truck to transport this monster case. So I decided on this hand truck from Kemanner. It works for what I need it for, but I learned a few things about the construction of these foldable handcarts. You will likely sacrifice usable space on the footboard to let it fold down by itself. This model has two large grooves where the handlebars fold into the footboard. This means a smaller contact area between the object and the footplate. This will make my Pelican case wobble a bit. I have to move slowly to keep the Pelican case and my expensive camera gear from falling over. Now I know I need to look for a foldable wagon with a completely flat footrest and cords that don't have the elastic cords built into the design like the KeManner. I will keep this handcart because it will be handy in my trunk thanks to its small, lightweight design. I think I should have bought MagnaCart instead. Let's get back to the search.
