Reversed polarity
Motor runs. Exactly what I needed. However, the polarity is reversed. This is not a male connector as it can only fit one way. I briefly attempted to loosen the thin connector pins inside the connector with needle nose pliers to flip them, but they are fragile so I aborted this mission. Turns out I like having a window where the bottom latch raises the window instead of lowering it. So. I have 3 windows that work as expected (on the same switch) and one that goes down when I press up and goes up when I press down. Quality Control, Revane. I can't say I'm surprised.
