I have a couple of electric lighters and this is the first with a flexible neck. I prefer this style because it's much easier to reach the candle to light the wick. The flexible neck is a bit rubbery so it won't stay exactly where you position it, but it flexes enough to get the job done. In other words, if you need a flexible neck to get around a corner or something precise to get to a warning light, this won't work. It's great for 99% of people's needs, so it's a 5 star lighter. I particularly like the USB C plug. This lighter charges with around 300 milliamps.
