I like that it can be shared with parents in real time so they know what's going along as well! It has all of our current students information including their last known address/phone number if applicable etc..it also makes sure we have up -to date insurance info & health records available at any given moment too which would not happen without this program!! Sometimes there are glitches but nothing major or long term when working directly w them after hours via email (which happens often) They do go outta business sometimes then you lose access unless someone else steps forward who knows how things work from day 1 again. Not only does EDs make life easier by allowing me more options than paper calendars alone allows us here because no one wants paperwork floating around campus anymore especially since people don't even use office supplies much these days now anyway LOL.
