Review on Timbuk2 306 3 Spire Laptop Backpack 2007 by Stacey Jones

I decided I needed a new travel backpack that would allow me to carry a little more stuff for long trips this year. I looked at many brands and options but I'm a fan of Timbuk2 so I looked at their line the most, also at their company store near my home. A lot of the high quality travel backpacks they make seem good, but in each I found design flaws that were important to me. Looking at all the brands on the internet this pack is always great at a good price. I decided to give it a try before the first of my international trips where I needed to use it and I'm glad I did. This backpack offers a lot of space and still fits perfectly under most airplane seats. The folding top and the closure really leave a lot or little space. Access to the laptop compartment on the back is also very practical. Some minor complaints: Difficult to get to your stuff packed all the way down but basically what I would expect from a high capacity top loading bag. The water bottle pocket could be a bit larger to securely hold a large bottle, but mostly it's ok. The front accessory pockets get a little cramped and difficult to store and access when the main compartment is full, but they still get the job done. Would buy again.
