I read a lot of reviews on this mouse and analogues. I spent two days choosing and stopped all the same on this one. I hardly use the wheel, so this problem did not concern me much. I took it for the browser and games. I can say that the mouse is very capricious to surfaces. I tried both cheap and expensive razer (mat), to no avail. The mouse is dumb. Cursor freezes. Money is just down the drain. Wrote to support, no answer. In general, the support answered . they asked me to do dances with a tambourine. Wipe, blow, shake, etc. In the end, they said go to the store and change. Until I went, I do not know what they will answer me. There are no service centers in 2022. Very disappointed . did not expect this from the largest manufacturer.
