Review on RK2035 Maintenance Roller Laserjet P2035 by Mark Cannon

Ordered roller kit and new pickup roller for Tray #2 is defective and will not pick up paper about 50% of the time. All parts were installed and different papers tried. Cleaned the other roles, nothing changed. Installed the original roller which works better than the new one in the kit. Tried working directly with seller but never received a replacement. Anything can happen in the production of parts, but poor customer service is not going to build a business. I will no longer buy from this seller. Updated 05/30/21. We have been contacted by another customer service rep and they are sending a replacement kit which will hopefully fix the issue.
