perfect size bag! Being short, most bags look extra bulky on me, but this one has enough room for everything I need without being too big. There are also many practical pockets. The shoe pocket is great and the laptop pocket on the back is completely separate and fits my laptop - it doesn't end where the shoe pocket starts which is nice. The only thing annoying are the straps. Even when they are fully dressed, the backpack still sits too low on my back. Also, the straps don't stay tight. I will redo them myself or take a bag to a seamstress to have it repaired. Otherwise great bag :)
