Its pros: We have been using it for more than 5 years and have never let us down. It heats up quickly. After 2 hours of operation, it turns itself off (probably protection against overheating). Its cons: All this happened after a couple of years of use. The plastic around the stove burst from the temperature. The rubber control buttons led and water flows there during cooking if something suddenly runs away.
