3 stars because they are functional weld-on D-rings and a reasonable price for a 4-pack. Nothing more because they are not very well finished. The fit is sloppy and the weld is short, which allows the D-ring to move sideways a lot. The D-ring is actually too big when you only need a 3/8 D-ring. Obviously I used them; You will work. But I'd be a little embarrassed if it was a paying job.
