A friend recommended I try this selfie stick. It's really well made and seems durable. If you follow the instructions (can be a bit confusing but not too bad) it should be easy to connect. There is a remote control button on the handle, a tripod that can be rotated vertically or horizontally, and your phone will not slip out. I can only recommend this selfie stick. The price is great and the seller was great with the shipping! When I photograph my family, I'm always missing from the picture. Now I can be in the photo too. LAUGH OUT LOUD.
