Review on LOKIDVE by Flee Pannell

As a self-proclaimed "DIY guru," I couldn't wait to check out LOKIDVE, an internet store selling outdoor equipment. However, the service I got was less than satisfactory. One of the things I ordered was broken when it arrived. It was challenging for me to get a response from LOKIDVE's customer support. When I did, the agent was uninformative and didn't seem to care about helping me fix the problem. Frustratingly, the substitute took much longer to arrive than initially anticipated. The equipment was of high quality, but I was greatly disappointed by the dearth of assistance I received. Since I am an experienced do-it-yourselfer, I place a premium on receiving helpful after-sale assistance. Unfortunately, LOKIDVE failed to deliver in this regard. If I ever need camping equipment again, I may have to shop elsewhere.
