I ordered new cases for my sons Pokémon. After opening I realized they were used. All extremely scratched up and foggy. I didn’t inspect them prior to the return window closing, so I can return them or get my money back. $35 wasted. Very disappointing.*edited* to add that the company sent 100 new cases plus sleeves to resolve the bad experience. The new cases are in perfect, brand new condition. Very pleased with their customer service.
