Review on ๐Ÿž๏ธ PetSafe In-Ground and Wireless Fence Boundary Flags (Bundle of 50) - From the Parent Company of INVISIBLE FENCE Brand by Brent Porter

Buy metal survey poles instead.

While they are working, the hoses are plastic. They must have a soft bottom to push them in and they fall off easily. They break when bent. Old ones with metal bars can be "thrown" into the ground, saving you from bending over. Also, because they're plastic, they're lightweight and will pull into your lawn mower fairly easily if you encounter them up close. They do the job, but metal ones are lighter and more durable.**** In fact, if you go to the hardware store now, instead of asking for metal flags, ask for them. I've found them on tape measures, spirit levels, chalk lines, etc. They have a metal shaft and some bright flag options. They also seemed to cost about the same and were much easier to dig into the ground. The only reason I could remotely think PetSafe uses plastic is to not interfere with the radio signal. I don't recall having any problems with this when my fence was originally installed and the installer used metal flags.***
