The flange that should protrude from the air filter housing is too short, so the holder cannot be put on. The original also has a molded key that fits into a slot in the hole in the air cleaner housing. Finally, this piece is 1/4" thinner than the original, so you can't even easily swap out the breathable material, it's too loose. See attached images, original on the right. Basically, it's very close, but wrong enough to not to work.
