Review on NEARPOW by Darryl Duncan

My most recent encounter with NEARPOW was disappointing. Their website had great promise because of their expertise in electrical and home improvement tools, but I was eventually dissatisfied. Quality-wise, I was disappointed in the item I received. It was obviously poorly built and did not do what it was supposed to. In addition, I had trouble navigating their website, and I had trouble understanding how to place an order. Long wait periods and poor responses were what I got when I tried to contact their customer care team to discuss my problems. They seemed uninterested in helping me out with my problem or making sure I was happy as a customer. In sum, I was underwhelmed by my time spent shopping at NEARPOW and would not suggest their website to others. The quality of their items and assistance I received from them fell short of my requirements.
