Review on 🏃 Fresh Foam More Trail v1 Running Shoe for Women by New Balance by Scott Rose

Normally I don't need wide shoes with New Balance, but with the Fresh Foam More Trail v1. When I got the larger size, it met all my expectations. It's comfortable for walking and running, stable and holds up well on the trail even on a rainy day. New Balance claims the shoes are waterproof. That! I walked the trail after the rain and even walked 20 meters through very wet tall wild grass that was a bit soaked in places. When I came out of the grass there was a lot of water on the surface of the shoe, but after 10-15 minutes of further changing I looked down and all the water was gone - the surface of the shoe was dry. The rubber outsole is also quite high on the sides of the shoe to keep you dry in shallow puddles and wetlands. After the hike I checked my socks and the insides of my boots - both were dry to the bone! If I walked the same trail in other shoes, they would soak.
