I love these knives!: Paring Knife
These are the best knives I have ever used. I cook a lot and have very good and expensive chef's knives. Neither of them won this one. I have 2 old ones that I bought 8 years ago and they are still like new. I use them so often that I decided to buy more so as not to wash them so often. Cute bright colors and they cut almost everything perfectly and easily. Be aware that they are very spicy! Also, this brand has paring knives that are also very good, but serrated knives are more useful as they cut things like tomatoes and bread much better.
