Review on QFM by Duane Ramos

The ease of use. It's interface was easy for our staff to learn quickly. Also the ability to have multiple users with different levels of access makes it very flexible. We are able to track all work orders in one place with just about any type of job we can think of. I would like more flexibility to assign jobs that require special equipment or skillsets not available within this system. There also needs to be an easier way to organize submittals into projects so they don't get lost when you're trying to keep up with everything going through the system. Track all repairs/maintenance requests from start to finish.
