Great way to track updates and keep clients updated

The easy navigation system that makes managing our assets super simple! I don't like having many tabs open at once which this program does not show you all in one screen but if it did we would have less clutter for sure! It's very basic as far as features go - nothing too fancy just what everyone needs. Maybe more options could be added such as adding pictures or videos when posting messages? Having an interface with the client side allows us to send them updates without needing another person…

An effective solution for managing your facility assets

QFM is a powerful tool that allows us to manage our facilities efficiently, and is easy to use. We have been able to streamline our facilities management process, and the benefits are obvious. The reporting and analytics tools are very useful, and the customer support from QFM is excellent. We have been able to reduce our maintenance costs, and are able to provide more reliable service to our customers. There is nothing that I dislike about QFM. Great product, great support and excellent customer service

The ease of use. It's interface was easy for our staff to learn quickly. Also the ability to have multiple users with different levels of access makes it very flexible. We are able to track all work orders in one place with just about any type of job we can think of. I would like more flexibility to assign jobs that require special equipment or skillsets not available within this system. There also needs to be an easier way to organize submittals into projects so they don't get lost when you're
