This is my third robot vacuum cleaner. My first was an Ecovac bought on sale about 3 years ago for less than $200. I liked it, but after 7 months I stopped connecting to the internet. The company sent a replacement (after 10 calls to the company). The second did the same - did not connect to the internet for 7 months. The company sent out a 3rd replacement (10 more calls and a very obnoxious company rep told me that even if the 3rd replacement stops working they will not be replaced). This also stopped at about 7 months. While this thing worked it was great - enough power to handle the uneven transition between kitchen and dining room, a good app that told me how long it took for each cleaning to schedule simple cleanings (I usually set it to two once a day). week while I'm at work), quite a long battery that does ping-pong in space but really cleans everything. Decided to change brands. I researched for about a month and settled on Eufy for about $220. I chose this one because it was thinner than Ecovacs and had good reviews. One of the things I didn't like about the eco vacuums (besides the 7 month lifespan) was that 1 out of 3 passes through the house got stuck under the cabinets in the kitchen because the very thin carpet was only a millimeter . high and when the front wheel was on the tiles and the rear wheel was still on the carpet next to the cupboards, the wedge of the city. The Eufy never got stuck, but a big problem was that it couldn't get past the dividing strip between the kitchen tiles and the hardwood floor in the dining room (the bathroom had the same problem). I pushed him into the kitchen and bathroom for a year. I also didn't like the app because it didn't tell you how long it was running each time. Battery life was good, and when I got home from work the house felt "vacuumed" (I blocked off the kitchen/bathroom to keep them from getting stuck, but that's not really the point of a robot vacuum - I don't want to do that). vacuum the kitchen/bathroom when I get home). This time I did some real research and decided to go broke too. I bought Roboroc Pure about 2 weeks ago. This is not a random ping pong game, it is a map view. Easy to set up and connect to the internet. I really like that the app provides a lot of information, e.g. Like how much battery is being used, how long it took to clean up for each run, and it was easy to schedule run times. He walked through my house four times. Has enough strength to survive a kitchen to bathroom transition, thin enough not to get stuck under cabinets (I even tested one wheel on carpet and one on tile and didn't wedge the city). Really great suction power, so my complete wooden floor, 1000 sqm. The feet appear to be really, really vacuumed (except for 1 small area - see below). No lumps of dust remain in the corners. It goes around the perimeter first, then follows the lines through the remaining space. It goes through the house and returns to the dock. I want to change that with this vacuum cleaner. Ping pong robots need long battery life because they just randomly move through space until the battery needs to be charged, and then return to the dock. They drove over the same spot in my house a few times (not that big) so it really got picked up. This robot walks around the house once and then returns to the base even if the battery is still charged. The runtime is about 45 minutes and it has 70% battery left. I close the doors to the office and spare room because they are very small rooms with not much room to clean (too much furniture to make it worth it). I want it to come home a second time or just keep running until the battery dies. In the four times he has worked I have noticed that he has not collected everything on the kitchen carpet (thin carpet tiles from Flor). If the robot made a second pass through the kitchen, it would surely catch everything. I didn't expect such a feature on the cartographic vacuum type and not a single reviewer mentioned this feature (I looked at a lot of reviews). I suppose the solution is to just add more days to run, but I really need to "vacuum" the house a little before each run (picking up dog food/water bowls, picking up a small rug in the bathroom, a folding chair in the kitchen ). ). on the counter and place a small ottoman on the sofa). Or schedule multiple sessions on the same day, which I probably will. Other minor issues to consider are 1 spinning brush at the front of the vacuum that doesn't pop out like the other two vacuums. This makes it difficult to clean loose hair. this brush. The dust container is slightly smaller than the other two vacuum cleaners. The first "map" of my house was very accurate, but the second and third time, the map didn't represent all the rooms. I wanted to set it up to only work in the kitchen, but I haven't activated the map save feature, so I'm not sure if I can schedule just one room. You have to experiment. So far I really like this vacuum cleaner. I will never use the swipe function so can't comment on that. It sucks well, has enough power to go anywhere, doesn't get stuck anywhere and my floors feel very clean when it's done. I only had a spinning brush in front of the vacuum that bothered me, but so far it seems like it really works. Minus one - do not make a second pass around the house, I would recommend this vacuum cleaner. I know that it takes a couple of weeks to really get used to any vacuum cleaner and understand its characteristics (that's why I know how to "vacuum" the house before going to work on the days when it works ). Four stars for a run around the house, smaller dust box and no rotating brush.
