This great fork is real old school in the sense that it's well made, sturdy and high quality (imagine lifting a 4 pound roast or a whole chicken or a turkey from the pan). in which it has been chilled without the fork bending or the tines tearing the meat because they are too thin - those tines are heavy!). This is the fork used in the Japanese teppanyaki restaurant we ate at recently (the teppanyaki chefs prepare each of your tables and show how they prepare your food).
