This is a good starter kit for beginning jewelers. Great value for money. Haven't worked with these tools yet but I think they are good quality and will do the job as described and shown in the video. I am planning to purchase gold and silver fittings to make my jewelry and do not know if I will use the fittings that come with the kit. It's just a personal preference. The finds with the kit are good and suitable for everyday use. Again, this is a great starter kit. My main reason for buying this set was the loupe, pliers and needles. The rest is just "icing on the cake".
