The battery itself is excellent. Runs it in Lancer Proline and the exposure time is very short so it runs fast in full auto and the half exposures are more accurate. The charger is a good addition to the battery. It can also charge other batteries and comes with a larger Tamiya connector adapter so you can use it to charge a variety of NiMh batteries (such as an RC car battery). The charging time for a new battery was about 4-5 hours. It's definitely not a fast charger, but slow charging conserves batteries. If you always need power, just get a second battery. The simplicity of Red = Charge, Green = Complete couldn't be better.
