No screwdriver or hard case included. How can I adjust the pH? I just moved states and I don't have this tool, you missed the travel case too. A rather unsatisfactory purchase, this is the support of a local store when it was with me within 3 hours. I would also like to be sent a hard case and a screwdriver. These are pretty important parts of the deal.
