I really liked this shirt. I bought my normal size (XL) and it fits about the same as the model. So if you want it a little looser, go up a size. I'm 5'3", 190 pounds, 36 degrees, 36" waist. There's not much stretch there either, so if it's too small it can be limiting. I wore it all day and never got hot or sunburned. Dried up pretty quickly. Washes well (hang to dry). The hood was a bit small to accommodate my ponytail but nothing too bad. If I spent more time in the sun I would definitely buy more of these.
