What about the black stuff?
Not sure if this black stuff is normal, I'm assuming it's a carbon leak? I have cleaned the filter according to the instructions, I've even done it a few more times and black stuff is still coming out of the filter. I dare not drink from this pitcher. I would not recommend this product.
