Based on our own experience we do not recommend this product for Sports and Outdoors enthusiasts .While the hanger is easy to install, it bends easily and doesn't provide proper support for the derailleur. This makes changing gears during your ride extremely difficult, which ultimately hinders the overall cycling experience..
