I have a country house and I installed an internet security camera to monitor it when I'm away. However, for one reason or another I kept losing my internet connection and had to send someone over there to manually reset my modem and router. It was the perfect device for my needs. It was very easy to set up and I'm just using the default configuration. Now my security camera is always on and I don't have to keep running over there to inspect their gear.
