REAL review! for wax

I grew up in a car dealership where I learned how to apply all kinds of primer/paint/clearcoat. Then we learned how to block and wet the sand, removing burrs with a linear buffer to a glossy finish. So I know what I'm talking about. I have been using this line and this particular product for 25 years. For small to medium "daily" scrapes from sleep brushes, car washes, jack stands rubbing against your fairing, THIS is the best there is. never let me down For above average scrapes you need to start with something heavier [sorry not all class today]. But for what I've already described, start with a CLEAN blending pad, a built-in buffer [you really can't do without it], clean polishing rags, and a spray bottle of water to dampen the pad. My Makita buffer is set to level "3", sand down, buff with wet spray and repeat if necessary. My next step is a high speed machine glaze with a thin buffing pad, then a high tech yellow wax polish. Wipe/clean the surface between EACH step. Done, shiny "wet" look without scratches.

Pros
  • Long lasting finish
Cons
  • Not bad
