It is very easy for me as an end user. I have no issues using this application. This makes my job easier than ever before. I am able to track all information about my customers easily through this software. There are many options that make it simple for new users who do not know how to use them. The best thing about this tool is that its interface is always up-to date to keep everything current. Its price also seems reasonable compared to other similar applications on the market today. Overall, I like what i see so far. As long as there isn't anything missing or wrong with any features which would affect our system negatively, we'll continue using it. We've been able to identify exactly where our customer base lives. And now we're able to send out targeted messages through email campaigns. This has helped us get better results from those emails.
