UPDATE: 3/13/20 Because the company really took the initiative to get it right for me I gave them 4 stars. The Make It Right team contacted me regularly via text message to suggest options that satisfied me. Joanna really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and in the end she got it right. I feel like I'm not even writing a review for the same product as everyone else. This epoxy got such high reviews I was impressed with the price and how much epoxy you can get for such a low price I thought it would be a great deal. The first thing that happened to me when I bought this product was that there was a 1 free product promo card to celebrate and thank you, we want to send you a free product to make the perfect complement to your purchase. When I scanned the QR code to try and get my free gift, I was taken to a fake website. I wrote to the company about it and they wanted me to send them a link to it and when I did they didn't reply so I don't know what happened to it. Has anyone else received this free product card with their order and been able to redeem it? And why can you only text them, why don't they have a real support number to talk to? So I immediately had a nervous feeling about the quality of the epoxy and therefore about Just Cause. The hardener had a yellow tint that made the entire resin mix cloudy and yellowish and created a lot of bubbles that I couldn't get rid of and I'm still waiting for my piece to fully cure, it's still tacky and it's been a week here! I followed the instructions exactly. I don't know what happened to this batch of resin.
