High-quality materials and construction of the microphone, telephone adapter and tripod. Provides ease of installation and maneuverability of the rig. As for the mic, I think it sounds really good and I've listened to a lot of competing reviews. A plus point is the integrated wind protection. I'm scratching my head about installing a fluffy case hence 4 stars instead of 5 but it's effective. I find the front placement of the cable socket works well and don't want it placed in the back like some are suggesting.
