After very little use, the screw already has 45-60 degrees of play, which makes the adjustment very sloppy. The large handle is on the wrong end for my purposes but I can't figure out how they are attached. I'm afraid it might be some kind of glue. Tip: Remove the stupid silicone O-ring from the top. This is a big source of "faint jiggling". The large tripod screw dial had a recess filled with lots of heavy, thick, sticky, gooey, gooey grease. This made the thumbwheel very difficult to move. I can only imagine if it was bad it would be in a slightly cooler environment. I cleaned it and applied a minimum of white lithium grease to the mating surfaces. The wheel will not spin freely unless tightened. I understand why Neewer no longer lists this product on their website: the price is too high and the quality is lower.
